It’s party time once again! ;D

I usually post this earlier but I had two tests this morning that I did excellent in, thank you very much, so I was studying awayyyy.

Yesterday I woke up at the butt-crack of dawn and had some coffee of course followed by overnight oats. Never gets old! So handy for when you don’t have time to prep breakfast in the morning (aka yesterday).

I forgot to take a picture so these are recycled, shhh no one will know 😉 It’s exactly the same as the usual.

  • 1/2 banana, 1/2 peach
  • 1 mini activia yogurt
  • 1/3 C. Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 C. Almond milk
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds
  • Pinch of craisins
  • Dash vanilla
    • Dash cinnamon
    • Pinch shredded coconut

I was absolutely famished when I got home from school so I whipped up something quick.

Bagel thin with 1/2 cheery preserves, 1/2 melted muenster cheese, 1 fried egg.

I did the first 45 minutes then added on for the last 15 to complete 6 miles.

I knew I wasn’t having dinner till later so I had a snack.

There were like 4 almonds left, so I added some peanuts, and Annie’s cheddar bunnies.

My mom got home from the gym a little later than usual so we whipped up something quick and easy.

Whole foods (365) pizza. I think it was tomato and pesto. It was really good for a frozen pizza!

  1. ooh I love frozen pizzas to split with people. Have you tried Amy’s? They’re to die for, esp the grilled veg one.
    I like cheese and nut butter but i’m not a jam/jely fan, it is too sweet. I usually mash up fruit, which does the trick nicely.
    I don’t know how much I’ve run on the treadmill…like 25 minutes? I don’t usually have access to a gym 😦

  2. LOVE egg, cheese, and jam sandwiches! Sooo good! And maybe I’m a little weird, but I kinda like it when my toast burns a little…not a blackened crisp, but just a tinge darker on the edges 😉

    Favorite pizza toppings: cheese (of course…can’t understand how people can eat pizza without cheese), olives, mushrooms, and broccoli! Mmm!

    The longest I’ve ever run on the treadmill was 6 miles…and it was a very, VERY long six miles! haha! I may have to try out this pyramid routine…at least it would help breakup the monotony!
