Where did it go?

Honestly, I cannot believe it’s already 5:30. This day just flew by!

Seeing as I was out and about all day could be the reason why. Lets Rewind.

Workout

This morning I trekked over to the gym because I wanted to take a full body works class. I like taking the classes especially on my “light weight” days because the instructor usually does a TON of reps.

Let me tell ya, I was feelin’ the burn in my upper body today!

Before I went into the class, I hopped on the treadmill to complete a 3 mile run.

I decided I wanted to switch it up today so I made up my own run as I went!

Once I got home, I did some work on the blog. New look ooh yeah!

Anyway, I had errands to run and was expecting it to be rainy but it was actually clear skies.

I woke up last night at 4am to a war of the worlds type storm and was surprised that it cleared away so fast.

I stopped into whole foods for some stuff, even though it can be dangerous whenever I go in there I controlled myself. I just want to buy everything.

I got home around 3pm and hadn’t had lunch yet.

If you read my WIAW post, I mentioned how I tried to come up with a new smoothie and failed. Horribly. I had to dump it out because it was gross.

I figured today I could give it another shot.

Holy Yum.

So glad I did.

 Into the blender went:

1/2 packet of Jay Robb Strawberry Whey Protein

I saw this in Whole Foods and I always want to try new protein powders so I picked it up. It was amazing! Loved it, highly recommended.

1/2 Banana

1 to 1 1/4 C. Almond Milk

Handful of blueberries

Handful of spinach

Pinch Xanthan Gum

5 ice cubs

It was really refreshing and tasted like a fruity lighter milkshake.
